Letchworth Garden City - Extension & Refurbishment

We were tasked with re-modelling the ground floor of a house to create a new extension with roof lanterns, a sliding door and new windows. The project included full internal refurbishment, a new kitchen and new garden landscaping. The client continued to occupy the house whilst the works were taking place. We therefore worked with the client to temporarily relocate the kitchen and constructed solid dust proof barriers between the construction site and the client living spaces, to minimise disruption.
